About these terms
By placing an order with Signature Scent Store you accept these terms. Please read them before ordering. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
Orders and confirmation
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. Your order is confirmed once we acknowledge it over WhatsApp. We may decline an order — for example where an item is out of stock, or where a price or description was listed in error.
Pricing
All prices are in Kenyan Shillings and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions and limited-time sales can change without notice, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.
Payment
Payment is arranged when we confirm your order over WhatsApp. We do not store card details on this site.
Product accuracy
We describe our fragrances as accurately as we can. Photography and screen calibration mean packaging colours may differ slightly from what you see here.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, photography and design — belongs to Signature Scent Store and may not be reproduced without permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
