• Recipient details you give us for a gift order

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, to send your receipt, to answer your questions, and to run our loyalty programme. If you tick the marketing box at checkout, we'll also send you news of new arrivals and offers.

Marketing consent

Marketing email is opt-in. We never add you to a mailing list simply because you ordered, and every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing never affects your order or your receipts.

Sharing your information

We share your details only with the couriers who deliver your order and the service providers who run this site. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, subject to those obligations.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address on the Contact page and we'll respond.

Cookies

This site uses only what it needs to keep your cart and your preferences working, plus privacy-friendly analytics that tell us which pages are visited. We don't use advertising trackers.
