Where we deliver, what it costs, and how long it takes.
Delivery areas
We deliver across Kenya. Nairobi and its immediate surrounds are served fastest; deliveries elsewhere go by courier.
Delivery times
Estimated once your order is confirmed:
- Nairobi — 1 to 2 working days
- Other major towns — 2 to 4 working days
- Outlying areas — 3 to 6 working days
Delivery charges
Charges depend on where the order is going and are confirmed with you over WhatsApp before dispatch. Free delivery promotions, when running, appear in the banner at the top of the site.
Order tracking
We'll send tracking details over WhatsApp once your order is on its way. If you haven't heard from us within two working days of confirming, please get in touch.
Failed deliveries
If nobody is available to receive an order, the courier will attempt to reach you and re-deliver. Repeated failed attempts may incur a further delivery charge.
International orders
We don't currently ship outside Kenya. Message us if you'd like to be told when that changes.
